Alice gained these new abilities from her pact with Joker:
Float / Cooldown 0 - Alice can float about a foot in the air and travel at a jogging pace. This move provides no real combat advantages.
Power / Cooldown 0 - Alice can extend her physical abilities to 1.5 their usual strength. Allowing her to run and react faster than she would under normal circumstances.
Stop / Cooldown 2 - A move that forces a single target to immediately stop whatever they are doing. The target may start what they were doing again immediately afterwards however.
Blink / Cooldown 2 - Alice disappears for a moment and reappears in the same spot allowing her to dodge one attack.
Slow / Cooldown 3 - A move that causes all targets surrounding Alice to move at 2/3 their normal speed. The effect lasts for 1-2 seconds from Alice's point of view.
