Ashoka is the crumbling, filth-ridden section of the Great City, in which the President largely ignores, despite its growing problems and deeply unsettled citizens. Thieves and crime are riddled along the darkest alleys, while the Ashoka Gang wish to shake things up in a different way: rebellion.
