Laffy resembles a peaceful bipedal sheep, standing at a mere 2 and a half feet tall. Because most of herself is comprised of fluff and horns, they are what make up most of her bodyweight.
Her horns are a strange saxophonelike instrument that she can stretch to her mouth and play idly, seeming to be more of a toy for herself than anything. Her horns are quite rigid and at the very most can only be dented if they are attacked dead-on. However, like any ram's horns, once broken they can grow back with time.
Her curly wool body gives herself a childlike appearance, looking as though she is simply wearing a dainty dress. On her coat, she has various astrological symbols decorating it that seem immovable-- suggesting that they grew on her and nothing but. The wool has a curious wispy texture as though it is somehow solidified air; if it is not kept in a bottle then it immediately evaporates when not on her body.
She is equipped with small claws that are soft and flexible, allowing her to pick up various items and also to be able to play her instrument. Laffy can oftentimes be seen carrying a folder of important files or a dictionary that she can use as a snack during work.

Personality:
Though she undoubtedly carries a dark side, as her history and actions under the President suggest, she is rather childlike when not on duty. She views her Vice Presidential position as princesshood and as a result loves to have tea parties with her less-sentient bretheren. She speaks of the President as though he were a crush of his, even going so far as to openly gush at a brutal decree of his that she's been chosen to carry out.
She takes on her responsibilities with a cheery attitude and even goes so far as to use her insomnia to her advantage during curfew hours. When the Dreams' curfew approaches, she can be seen sitting on a rooftop and playing lullabies on her horns that can be viewed as both soothing and unsettling as they are intended to direct the Dreams back to their houses.
Laffy loves to act as the President's appointed figurehead and holds audiences with Dreams and Nightmares alike, though she views the Dreams as nothing more than adorable animals that need to be cared for or put back in line. Even when she hasn't been tasked by the President she can even sometimes allow for resistance leaders to speak with her, if just to give them gently-worded advice to stop their actions before she is tasked to punish them. Putting a Dream down, to her, is the same thing as putting down a dog that was too dangerous for its own good and as a result she believes that killing them under the President's direct order is an act of mercy and love.
Weapon:
She doesn't appear to have any personalized weapon since taking up her role in office, much preferring to remain passive until the President whispers into her ear, but she was believed to have at once utilized a rather satirical battering ram that had broken in battle.
Abilities:
WORDEATER - An ability that she used to have been banned from using due to its rather affective nature, by consuming words and names on-page she can wipe both items, companies, buildings, and even individuals off of the face of the world. Human names cannot be consumed, as what she can wipe off the map are concepts, not actuality. Dreams and Nightmares both are equally susceptible to it. However, this does NOT mean that forms of her attacks can be used strategically to harm a human.[/b]
[li]Eating a singular word causes for the object to cease from known existence, though doesn't affect all objects under the same name. For example eating the word 'locket' will not destroy all lockets in the universe but will destroy the specific locket that she intends. (Cooldown: 5 posts)
[/li][li]Partially destroying a word will affect its state of being, if not a character's name (For example, eating a word so that it changes from 'fireball' to just 'ball' will cause for the attack to become a bouncing ball instead of a deadly flame), or cause for scratches, wounds, or painful afflictions to materialize on the target. These wounds, if on a living creature, can be healed in a slow yet gradual state but is a debilitating attack as it hurts the subject's state of existence. (Cooldown: 2 posts)[/li][/ul]
[li]Eating the plural form of a word or a concept results in a condition in which the word both in understanding and existence ceases to be. If the word 'defeat' is eaten, then for the time being defeat is an impossibility. (Cooldown: 5 posts, Can be reversed if a present human 'wills it back into existence' by rolling an odd number 2/3 times).
[/li][li]Eating the name of a location or individual will eradicate the target entirely. The individual will die, the location will vanish without a trace in the form of fading out of existence. It's said by those who manage to be brought back from the world that being devoured by Laffy is a fate worse than death. (Cooldown: 10 posts, being given the ability to try to will acharacter / location back into existence is only given when a human accepts a mission from Laffy Herself-- then is offered the three dice rolls.)**

History:
While Laphasia is a Nightmare, true enough, she was manifested from a Human's selfish desire to become a princess. She may be a spoiled creature but it's almost unthinkable that a creature made with such immature and innocent intent was destined to become such a devastating political figurehead.
How Laffy came to become the Vice President is a convoluted tale riddled and muddled with rumors... most of which have never been confirmed nor denied by the Nightmare Herself.
The most convincing rumor was that a long while back, Laffy was a benevolent and loving Nightmare who was one of few who had bonded to a Human that wanted to promote equality. She loved her Human terribly but hated the fact that she wasn't allowed to use her power ever, being viewed as unstable.
Rumor has it that one day she and a group of Dreams, Nightmares, and Humans that all lived in harmony were told to disband by the President. When they intended to retaliate he offered that the first one of them to yield would be allowed a position of power alongside him.
It took her all but ten seconds to devour the names of each and every Dream and Nightmare that had been keeping her under lock and key, and without even a passing thought she destroyed her own Human before the President's amused gaze. She was given the title of Vice President and became His personal attack dog ever since that dreadful event.
But that's just a rumor... isn't it?
